I'm back 😀 After 2 years and 1 more kid I have joined the Flosstube community on YouTube and am ready to get back to the blog. I have a lot of things to show and share with you and I thought this would be a great place to house all of the details on my projects. Much of the content will be cross stitch however there might be some quilting and crocheting, if I can learn how to start, which I am working on. I am excited to be back and can't wait to see where this journey takes me.

Valentine House Trio

Monthly Stitching

One of my goals for the year is to stitch through A Year of Celebrations by Hands on Design and Square Dance monthly charts by Heart in Hand. These are my February finishes that I mounted with magnets so I can switch them out for each month. Both finishing pieces are from Hobby Lobby.

First 2020 Finish

My first finish of 2020 was Snowy Chalk Full by Hands on Design in collaboration with Priscilla Blain. I used the called for Classic Colorworks colors and 14 count Aida in chalkboard black. I am in the Chalk Full Cross Stitch Club with Fat Quarter Shop and receive the kit every other month.
My cross stitch is mounted with sticky board on top of another piece of white fabric; on the top I have some greenery with 2 bows and a pinecone in the middle.

Hen Peck a Patriotic finish

I stitched Hen Peck by Plum Street Samplers on 14 count Venetian Stone and used the following colors: CCW Barn Door, Black Coffee, Pea Pod,...
